Important: This site is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by United Airlines. This is an independent community project.

  • Submission metadata: Lounge location, menu date, optional title

    • Country code (derived from IP)
    • Autonomous System Number (ASN, derived from IP)
    • Cloudflare Ray ID (for debugging and abuse prevention)
  • CAPTCHA verification: Cloudflare Turnstile token for spam prevention

2.2 Contact Form

When you use our contact form, we collect:

  • Contact information: Name, email address
  • Message content: Subject and message body
  • CAPTCHA verification: Cloudflare Turnstile token

2.3 Browsing Information

When you browse our site, we may automatically collect:

  • Pages visited and time spent on pages
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type (mobile, desktop, tablet)
  • Referring website (if you clicked a link to reach us)

3.1 Primary Uses

  • Display approved menus: Publicly display menu photos after manual review and approval

We collect technical information (IP address, country, ASN, user-agent) to:

4.1 Data Storage Infrastructure

We use Cloudflare's infrastructure to store all data:

  • Cloudflare R2: Menu photo image files
  • Cloudflare D1: Submission metadata and technical information
  • Cloudflare Workers: Application backend processing
  • Cloudflare Pages: Website hosting

4.2 Data Security

We implement security measures including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
  • Cloudflare's enterprise-grade security infrastructure
  • Access controls limiting who can view submission metadata
  • Regular security updates and monitoring

5. Data Retention

  • Approved submissions: Stored indefinitely to maintain the archive
  • Rejected submissions: Deleted within 30 days of rejection
  • Archived submissions: Stored indefinitely but hidden from public view
  • Contact form emails: Retained for 90 days, then deleted
  • Technical logs: Retained for up to 1 year for spam analysis

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

6.1 Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA)

  • Purpose: Spam and bot prevention
  • Data collected: Browser information, behavioral signals
  • Privacy Policy: Cloudflare Privacy Policy

6.2 Resend (Email Service)

  • Purpose: Deliver contact form submissions via email
  • Data collected: Email addresses, message content

6.3 Cloudflare (Infrastructure)

  • Purpose: Website hosting, storage, and delivery
  • Data collected: Standard web traffic data

  • Cloudflare Turnstile: Temporary cookies for CAPTCHA verification (expires after verification)

8.2 Note on Anonymous Submissions

Because submissions are not tied to user accounts, we can only identify submissions by:

  • IP address and approximate submission date/time
  • Specific photo files you can describe
  • Email address (if you contacted us)

Please provide as much detail as possible when making data requests.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information, please contact us immediately.

10. International Users

This site is operated from the United States. If you are accessing from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using this site, you consent to this transfer.
