The United Polaris Lounge Menu Archive is a community-driven, volunteer-operated website that:

• Collects and displays menu photographs from United Polaris airport lounges
• Allows visitors to browse menus by lounge location and date
• Accepts user-submitted menu photos for manual review and approval
• Provides a contact form for inquiries and feedback

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems

3.2 Prohibited Content

When submitting menu photos, you agree NOT to submit content that:

• Is not actually a menu photo from a United Polaris lounge

• Violates someone else's privacy (e.g., clearly identifiable faces without consent)
• Contains advertising, promotional materials, or spam
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others

4. Photo Submissions and Licensing

4.1 Submission Process

• All photo submissions are subject to manual review and approval
• We reserve the right to reject any submission for any reason
• Approved photos will be made publicly visible on the Site
• You will not receive notification of approval or rejection
• There is no guarantee your submission will be approved

4.2 License Grant

By submitting menu photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Display your submitted photos on this Site
• Store and process your photos using our infrastructure
• Resize, compress, or optimize images for web display
• Remove metadata (EXIF data) for privacy protection

4.3 Ownership and Representations

By submitting photos, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the photos or have permission to submit them

• The photos are accurate representations of actual Polaris lounge menus

4.4 Removal Requests
